Was in downtown San Diego today with family who had their dog with them. Googled for pet friendly restaurants. This one was close to where we were so we thought we would give it a try. First of all, the patio was wonderful. But more importantly, the food was great. Everyone at the table all ordered different sandwiches and we were all delighted with our food. I had the wild boar sandwich and was very pleased. My best friend had the seared ahi sandwich and was equally happy. So were our guest who had the grass fed beef and bacon burger, and the chicken avocado sandwich. We also enjoyed the beers, we mostly had blondes, but the mai tai that was ordered was really well received. The prices were about $14.00 a plate and sides of fries, a large one served the whole table, was $9.00. Drinks ran around $11.00 each. The food was well worth the money. The patio was great for well behaved dogs. The music was pleasant and today the weather was an amazing 74 degrees. The service was equally good as well. If you are in the area and like artisan sandwiches, this is a definite place to go. Also we saw this dessert go by, we were too full, it fed 4. Cinnamon roll, covered in candied nuts and ice cream with caramel. It looked so good.
