This ended up being a great place to stay! My husband and I spent two nights there and it was our first time in San Diego. Although the downtown area was not really "our thing" with all of the noise, homeless people and nightlife, we thought it was fun to try something new. Close to so many things in the area, our favorite was taking the ferry to Coronado! We walked across the island to see all of the homes, and rode the bus back to The Ferry Landing. Coronado beach was the best part of the entire vacation, absolutely worth spending the day there.
-This hotel is very clean
-The coffee they give you is actually good
-Small, efficient kitchen has everything you need
- Quiet rooms, the only thing I ever heard was the toilet flushing elsewhere. We were right by the elevator too.
- The bed and the pillows were the best part! I need to ask where they got those pillows! My husband woke me up to make sure I was still breathing I was sleeping so soundly.
-Great customer service, everyone was super nice and helpful. We needed more towels and shampoo and it was brought up in less than 5 minutes.
Overall a great stay! While I don't think we would stay in the downtown area again, if we did we would stay here.More
