“Best ayce sushi in the area”
Reviewed 10 November 2013 credit card Amex Cardmember Review

Whenever I am in north SD county and am in the mood for 1) sushi and 2)ayce, this is where I go. The quality is quite good for this style of dining, the atmosphere fun and the service quite good. Bring your appetites and your friends!

“Most amazing sushi rolls”
Reviewed 12 May 2013 via mobile

We tried this place out and loved it! Apparently so does everyone else. Depending on when you go, there could be a pretty big wait. Seems like everyone in Rancho Bernardo knows about this place and people must travel from outside RB as well.

Anyway, if you go for lunch it's $20 all you can eat and dinner is $25 AYCE. Either way, if you
can pack it in like a good sushi pro, go for the AYCE. We tried it both ways and its pretty much the same unless you don't have a big appetite.

Service is amazing. Fast even when it's busy. Atmosphere is pretty much like any other sushi place, open and kinda loud.

Of course it all depends what you prefer but we think rolls to try are definitely fire-fire, baked lobster, poway roll, kimmy roll and shrimp tempura salmon roll.

Overall, this place is great and we are making it our place to eat sushi.

“Excellent all you can eat sushi”
Reviewed 13 April 2013

Assuming you are just visiting San Diego, this place is quite a drive from the tourist areas, but off rush hour, not a bad one. It has easy parking on the site. The place is very small, not much to look at, but the service was excellent, the sushi very good. Not the best I ever had, but the best all you can eat sushi I ever had, and I am always looking for such places as I eat too much sushi!
It is definitely a great place to go on a budget to eat a lot of sushi; I would happily go back if I could.

“AYCE. Oh yeah”
Reviewed 11 July 2012 via mobile

Best all you can eat. With three boys I spent $70 plus tip where we normally would have spent over $150. Service was reasonable and waitress was very nice. Not fancy not perfect but really good

“Friendly sushi fare”
Reviewed 29 May 2012

Good quick and friendly service for filling sushi portions. There is a good range of standard l items and an interesting range of special rolls - although many have crab meat which is less to my taste. You can get fresh wasabi on request. The all you can eat option is only for the very hungry, so order off the menu if preferred. 'Happy hour' pricing was all day and the restaurant was near full in the early evening, which is a sign of good value.
