This place is top notch for whatever you want to do. I used to own a lot in this park back in the 90s and it is even better now. Sites are easy to get in and out of. All are "back in" sites. Beautiful trees everwhere. Lots of wildlife. Noture trail and plenty of great areas to walk. We saw at least a dozen deer in the weekend we were threre. Great local restaurants and if you are eligble for military benefits, Patrick Air Force Base has a great PX.

Room Tip: Just off I 95 at Titusville.

Spent some time here on my travels through Florida and it was the best! Wanted to stay. Staff great, people staying there very friendly and made lots of friends. Beautiful surroundings. In my opinion the best.

Room Tip: This is a campground

Nice people answering the phones and at the welcome center. Shuffle boards courts are very nice. Juke box staff are friendly. RV resort is beautiful but not for us. Here are the reasons why this is not a place for us, we are under 55+, no camp store, NOT a kids place at all. Most residents are not friendly and act like they are better then you. Can not really fish due to gators. No splashing or jumping in the pool, residents you will tell you this. Security officer stops kids even if they are 16 and questions them. If kids are under 16, you best be with them. Unless you are by Doggie world there is not many places to walk your dog. Must have a golf cart, things are very far and spread-out. Many older folks fly around the resort on their golf carts and do not abide by the 15 MPH speed limit. Glad I had the one night free coupon. As price is very expensive when you cannot have FUN.

This is a Great Park. Lots to do, good Security and located within an hour of major attractions. The closest ocean beach is 30 min, Kennedy Space Center is 20 minutes, Orlando is about an hour. The park has over 600 sites and there are around 100 that can be rented. All sites are different as this is an ownership park. This is not a kids park. Check out the web site for that is offered. The things I was not happy with are; the WIFI is not very good, our lot had lots of pine trees and they make the site a mess and the sap on your motor home is almost impossible to get off and twice during the month the odor from the sewer was horrible. They have their own sewerage plant and some of the owners said this is happens frequently. To combat this I did not completely drain my tanks leaving them about one quarter full. That way the odor did not go up the drain pipe into the coach. Had to dump more often but was worth it. Also be careful getting to the office to check in. At the gate they tell you to take the second left. What they don't tell you is that the first left goes to their equipment storage yards and they don't count that as a road. Just take it slow and look for the signs.

We stayed here 3 nights in an RV. The park is huge, over 1,500 sites; some with homes on them, others with just the RV pad to park on. The park surrounds a golf course, and with that comes tons of golf carts. So many golf carts, that they are constantly zipping up and down the streets; and many of those seniors are going way over the 15 MPH speed limit, and it can be a bit scary if you are out walking around.
The park has it all; two restaurants, golf, post office (felt like a lot of full time residents), church, golf cart rental and repair, RV sales and repair, etc.
We probably will not return if in the area, just too busy and noisy for us.

The park is more like a subdivision than a rv park. It is a huge complex with mostly full time residents. A mixture of lifestyles from RV to million dollar homes. Lots are privately owned and then "rented" out thru the park administration. Our lot was ok. Gravel that was level but had many cracks. Our power source did not have a 30 amp.....just 20 or 50....so it was a good thing we had an adapter. To get to anywhere in the park....the dog park, pool, laundry....you have to drive or walk for miles. Everyone has a golf cart. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but it's just not a great place if you are looking for just a place to stay for a few nights. The daily rate is $55....$61 with taxes.....high when compared to other parks. We stayed here because we had a two for one coupon.

Stayed for a weekend and loved it! Swore I would never move again but I fell in love. Everyone was so friendly and had food at the restaurants which was great for what we needed. Have been back to look at properties and are settling on our new house at the end of the month! I think we are making the right decision moving here.
