We have been going to this place for years each labor day weekend. It's a cape institution, we get to the parking lot line by 9:30... no problems getting in. The beach below is fantastic and the schlep up and down the hill is just part of the experience. Unfortunately this time the kitchen was overwhelmed. They opened a larger side patio and didn't expand the kitchen capacity and I think they may have gone beyond their ability to keep up the pace. Our food took over an hour to come out... and the manager treats everyone like a college brat... he seemed overwhelmed. He also wasn't in any type of uniform and his huge beard made him look like a drifter with his old worn T-shirt. Just overall a disappointing experience.
