I do not eat eggs but love great pancakes. This restaurant has very good ones and this morning had a special blue berry pancakes with lemon zest. They were outstanding! The only negative was that they were much too small, about 6" and after ordering a short stack needed to order a second short stack since the first was not nearly enough for this small eater. As always I ordered real maple syrup and a side of extra well done bacon. The bacon could have been crispier. The coffee was great and they didn't charge for a second cup. The wife had an omelette which she enjoyed as well.
Last year when we visited they had a breakfast Buffett which we really liked. We would have ordered that again but it was not offered this year.

We had a great dinner. The menu is large and everything was cooked to perfection. The clam chowder was very good. Their homemade deserts are delicious.

The food was terrific. Well presented and well served. Seafood was, as you would expect, very fresh and prepared deliciously. The only drawback was the level of noise. This is a very large restaurant and could use sound deadening. Definitely not for a quiet romantic dinner, although there was a candle on the table. Reservations are a good idea; we made them, and the table was waiting for us, although there was a line outside. PS: look on the back of the menu for the catch of the day specials, with several different ways they can be prepared.

Peter and Dianne go above and beyond. Local produce, best seafood and land fare you could possibly want all within budget. And their breakfast menu is outstanding. Worth the trip while vacationing on the cape.
