A little out of the way from the major attractions of Cape Cod but well worth the detour if you are seeking unspoiled nature and away from the crowds.
The beach is nice but the really interesting feature is the tidal salt marsh, which can be accessed from the Bound Brook Island Road. Tranquil and beautiful, the sunset is particularly magnificent. It can get quite windy so appropriate clothing is required. Also lots of insects so should take plenty of repellent.
