The views at the back of this motel are stunning. Our rooms were clean and though not huge were well appointed. The restaurant attached to the motel did the best breakfast of anywhere we went and the service in there was very friendly. The motel is very well located for the park in a quiet location.

Room Tip: Get a room at the back to enjoy the fabulous view.

Good location but not much else to offer A motel that pretends to be a resort. Everything is basic and there is no complimentary breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant (claimed to be not part of the hotel) and we were attended curtly by the cashier, who was seated at the cashier counter the whole time while we had our meals. It was certainly not the usual red carpet treatment as the hotel name imply. As a result, we decided to have our breakfast at other location the next day. The room fixtures were quite archaic. There are no bedside power outlets. There is no bathroom and counter-top sink separation for convenience of use.

A motel that pretends to be a resort. Everything is basic and there is no complimentary breakfast to look forward to.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant (claimed to be not part of the hotel) and we were attended curtly by the cashier; who was seated at his counter the whole time we had our dinner. It was certainly not the usual red carpet treatment. As a result, we decided to eat our breakfast elsewhere the next day.

The room fixtures were also quite archaic. There was no bedside charging points or separate bathroom and toilet / shower area.

This hotel is closest to the park and the views from the balcony are beautiful. The entrance to each room is outside and the rooms are "rustic", or older but clean. We didn't hear much but we were really only there to sleep. They hotel had a pool but we didn't take advantage of this as it was outdoors and still a little cool in March. There is a restaurant inside the hotel but they are not affiliated with the hotel itself and we did not eat there. I would recommend them.

Two buildings on the property, the back one is further from the road so quieter, but all is pretty quiet here. The rooms are all exterior access with some rooms where you could park directly in front. There are lovely views from the second floor balconies. Breakfast is not included but there is a restaurant attached to the hotel office. The rooms are good size with fridge and microwave.

We stayed here due to the proximity to Capitol Reef National Park. It was excellent in every way. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and went out of their way to assist us with a couple of requests. We enjoyed the view from the room balcony in the evening, would definitely get that type of room again. We liked it so much here we came back three days later and stayed again on the way home.
