During a recent training I attended, we were allowed to go explore NYC and this place was #1 on the list for restaurants I wanted to visit. There were three of us, so this was my selection. We first went to World Trade Center Memorial in the morning and then headed to this spot. We were fortunate because we arrived at around 10:45 in the morning, it opened at 11, and there was already a line of about 15-20 outside this place. When it opened we were lucky enough to get a table, which is saying something because this establishment is small. It is not very wide, but it is long. Be prepared to be sitting next to strangers and other parties in close proximity. I was surprised by their menu and the fact that they offered "Mexican" Coke as a beverage. All of us ordered the noodles. They came out relatively quickly, were well prepared and proportioned. The noodles came with an egg, which I took out, tender pork, a fish cake, and what I believed to be Kale. The noodles were amazing, very soft and almost dissolved in my mouth. The pork, which I wish I would've ordered an extra piece, was tender and juicy. The broth, oh my, the broth was equally amazing. I devoured this dish and it left me feeling pretty full which was good because we had a lot of walking to do the rest of the day. I highly recommend to those who like Ramen. You will not be disappointed.
