“A must.”
Reviewed 29 August 2014

Even if you are not so much into Modern Art, and installations, you must pay a visit to MoMA, as it houses some more traditional art collections as well (dating from 1880 to the present -- their Impressionist collection is wonderful). As with most museums, you need to make sure you dedicate a full day even if you do not plan to see all collections. It also houses a lovely cafe and restaurant which allows for short (though a bit expensive) breaks between the collections.

“A great variety of art for every taste”
Reviewed 28 August 2014

A definite visit for every tourist and resident. The special exhibits are worth seeing and the permanent collection is a must. What wonders the Rockefeller family has wrought.

“Loved this place”
Reviewed 28 August 2014

As we had children we only sent half a day here, I could have come back for a few days, loved it. Monet, Picasso and many more, such an interesting place filled with so much culture. Next time we're in town we'll be back.

“Yippee”
Reviewed 28 August 2014 via mobile

Free entry on Friday with UNIQLO - Woop woop!!

So glad I finally got to go, especially on my own - I really got to absorb the amazing space and art work without any interruptions. The sculpture garden is a must and I had a tasty rasberry sorbet and people watched for ages. Had the best 3hrs.

“Modern but not only that”
Reviewed 28 August 2014

I’m not an expert of arts but I love visiting nice museum … this was for sure one of the most attractive I visited. You can find very strong samples of modern art, but you can also appreciate well known operas like Monet or Picasso.
