I requested a room away from the elevator and ice machine (as I always do anywhere I go!), and got exactly what I asked for - no view (except of the other buildings - who cares), but it didn't even feel like we were IN the city until we walked outside! This was a pretty basic room (2 queen beds), which was a little tight (not much room between beds and the desk/wall-mounted TV), but it was fine for a couple of days' stay with only three people in the room (me, my husband, and daughter). (If it was a larger family, it could've gotten really annoying very quickly, since you couldn't pass by each other at all.) But, the hotel was very nice, room service was quick, and I'd definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic time at the Omni Berkshire great hotel great location! We have been coming to NYC for a long time this is the best hotel! Competitive rates clean great staff!! We had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and a lovely card from the hotel to celebrate our anniversary!

My husband and I stayed at the Omni Berkshire in June 2017 for 5 nights. It was our very first trip to NYC, and we felt that the location was very good. We were able to easily walk to Times Square, Central Park, and Rockefeller Center. Subways were easily accessed on the block. Check-in and check-out was easy and the room was comfortable. Like many of the NYC hotels, there was no coffee maker, microwave, nor refrigerator. We did use the in-room safe.
