Just stayed at the Casablanca for the third time in four years - still amazing. Feel so welcomed and at home here. Great staff, always helpful and friendly. The food on offer is copius and tasty and such a treat. It's location is perfect - right next to the madness of Times Square but W43rd itself is instantly quieter and feels safe and hidden. The rooms can be a tad on the stuffy side, but this is nitpicking. We would never stay anywhere else in New York - we did try the sister hotel The Library once, and whilst great, doesn't have the homely and cosy feel of the Casa. Can't wait to return!

Just off Time Square, close to a lot of sights and the metro. Very friendly staff, Rick's Cafe great for breakfast but more particularly for the evening wine and cheese (which is complementary. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

What a wonderful New York experience. The hotel and staff were fantastic - helpful, friendly . The location to Times Square, public transportation and the New York sights a definate plus. A wonderful breakfast everyday only to be outdone by the evening wine and cheese. I would highly recommend The Casablanca to family and friends. You can count on me as a return guest.

Lovely hotel with a excellent location.
We had a very nice premium king room. The room was nice and tidy, with all the things you need there, minibar, TV, airco and good equiped bathroom. Staf was very friendly and provided good service. Also breakfast was very good.
We would surely recommend this hotel to enyone who wants to stay in New York a few steps away from time square. Although so close to time square the hotel was an oasis of peace and quiet.

My daughter and I stayed at the Casablanca March 30th for 4 nights. We had a very memorable experience! This was our first time to New York or any big City. We had booked a mini-suite with a king bed, which was very nice...Although, being right in the center of time square activity having a room at the front of the hotel was just too noisy for me. The next morning, I asked if we could switch rooms to a quieter room in the back ,and the front desk was gracious and accomodating. We had to downgrade to a smaller room, but it was still very nice, immaculate and perfect. I loved being able to have a light breakfast and coffee before heading out into the streets. In the afternoon it was wonderful to be able to come up to the cafe and have some tea, wine, coffee, cookies. My daughter had a cold while we were there and it was so nice to be able to go get hot tea 24 hours. I really felt like a guest in someones very nice New York home. Like all the other reviews say, the staff was very professional, gracious and warm. I would definitely stay again.
