“Always something to see”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 July 2014

If you get a chance to just sit on the bleachers and watch the people, you will see the melting pot of America. There are the bright lights, the yellow cabs, the energy of the street. Just sit a spell and enjoy where you are!

“Colorful place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 July 2014

I liked this place a lot because here you can see freedom of thought of the American. Anywhere you look you can see all kinds of people: Asian, Indian, Romanian, Italian, gays, people who sing and dance right in the middle of the street, the place radiates joy.

“What a mind blowing place!”

Broadway is a must if your staying in NYC. It's full of lights, glitter and glam. We were lucky enough to be staying on Broadway (all be it the quieter Upper West Side). FAB!

It was a great experience seeing a musical on Broadway.

“Broadway - No Where Else on Earth Like It!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 July 2014

You will see people everywhere, the majority being tourists, plus the few New Yorkers that are forced to weather the crowds day in and out to get to their office blocks. The lights are bright, flashing advertisements, in psychedelic colours 24/7. There are many buskers dressed up in male and female superhero costumes, but beware, if you take their photo or have your photo taken with them, you'd better pay up or you will see their ugly side, something children should not be exposed to.
Tips: There are many places to take photos, but the steps over TKTS is a great place to take a photo. Cheap tickets for shows can be purchased at TKTS on the same day as the show or for the matinee, the following day. We saved 60% on our seats & they were in a great position.
