Just stayed at Trump Soho this past weekend for two nights. Every detail was accounted for and all the staff were attentive and kind. Great Soho neighborhood and hotel is clean and beautiful. We had a great time at the pool as well. You can't go wrong here.

Stayed here on business for 5 days last month. Great room, only standard room but still nice bathroom, great views and excellent facilities (espresso machine, water, etc). Excellent location close to shops and restaurants and bars in Spring Street and prince street.
Staff very helpful and pleasant.
Only criticism is the cost of the breakfast (go to Amelia's diner round the corner - very good and much cheaper) and also lack of a real bar/meeting area - the pool bar was quite busy and noisy on the Sunday with not much seating.
Overall though, a very comfortable hotel in a fantastic location

The Trump Soho exceeded our expectations. It is stunning in design and the service is impeccable. The staff is so extremely friendly and professional. When travelling to this hotel, you must go to the Spa and pool. Simply amazing (as are the views from the stunning rooms)! I can’t wait to return soon.

It's hard not to give this hotel a perfect score. We (6 adults and 1 baby) stayed in one of the two-bdrm penthouse suites (4205) and were very pleased. You can just tell everything abt this place is engineered to impress, from the very courteous and attentive staff (waiter at the cafe remembered what our daughter ordered the previous day), to the breathtaking views outside the floor to ceiling windows, to the super comfy rooms, to all the high tech electronics that control the ambience of the room. One thing I would mention is that some of the lower windows in our rooms can be opened outward 42 floors high from the ground. Very scary to find out because of our toddler, although they're not that easy to operate. If you're traveling with youngsters, be sure to ask for the hand-cranking device to be duct-taped. Housekeeping was very helpful when we expressed our concerns. This was never a safety hazard but as parents we felt better after the handles were taped up. Overall, this place is well worth what they charge for.

We stayed for 5 nights at Trump Soho and whilst not cheap you certainly receive great service from courteous staff, and the rooms are wonderful and for NY a good size.

not a fault during our visit, although we'd recomend Amelias around the corner for breakfast, great service and half the price.

Location is great, subway a block away, no Time Square crowds, and good but not crowded or "tourist busy" restuarants and bars 2 blocks away at Greenwich Street.

15 mins walk and you are in Greenwich village for shops and more bars and restaurants.

Room Tip: go high for quiet and views

Lucky enough to stay here on a work trip, beautiful place, 16th floor corner room 1605, decent sized bedroom and "reception room"...appreciated the attention to detail in the fit out. polished metal and leather finishes...and that's just the lift. location excellent for soho, 15 minute walk to greenwich village or to the waterside.
Room electronics slightly over-engineered...but was cool to tap "wake up" and the curtains opened etc.

Room Tip: the hotel is a tower which is well above neighbours, so higher is better. The corner rooms are lovel...
