This hotel is fantastic. Super clean, great location, excellent staff, and breakfast is included with rate. We stayed 3 nights and were extremely pleased with this hotel both in value and comfort. It is within a short walk to Wall Street charging bull/finance district, 9/11 Memorial, and Battery Park (Statue of Liberty cruises). There is a close by subway station too. Yasmine at the front desk was so lovely and welcoming at check in, we could tell she was happy we chose this hotel. She gave us a warm farewell upon departure too. She is great. Our little girl couldn't resist hugging her, it was so sweet. I could go on and on about this hotel. Great beds, great shower, all around great. We highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. We would definitely stay here again, gladly.

Stayed here last week for 2 nights. It was over the weekend so area was not too busy. It's right by the river so you can walk along the river. The hotel was full. The room was a decent size and bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Decent size tv. The wifi worked fine throughout the whole stay. I would stay here again. It's close to lots of restaurants and bars.

We landed on the 1st and took the Airtrain which dropped us exactly next to the hotel which shows how well connected it is. The rooms are a bit tight because most of the items are stuffed in but almost everything provided is sufficient. This has been the first holiday inn express to provide a locker in the room for documents. The only disadvantage was that the breakfast provided in the morning was limited or actually "express" and there was a long line outside the breakfast door to get a table. The location of the hotel is very much favorable and has the seaport at a 5 minute walking distance and the metro station at a 2 minute walking distance.
