Why not 5 stars? Because the service is slightly below what you would find in a Ritz or a Mandarin Oriental. I had to carry my own bags, there's no valet pArking, and my breakfast order was stone-cold, as if they had put it together last night and forgotten to warm it. On the other hand, the room ( I was upgraded to a suite) was big and comfortable, the rest of the room service good was great, the people were friendly, and the location was excellent for business or pleasure. If you can pay $250 for a room or $350 for a suite, you've got a great deal, but at high season you might want more service for your money. Oh, and the "free mini bar" offers very, very little.
