For my 50th birthday, I decided to make my first trip to New York and I found this hotel after reading the reviews on this website. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed with the hotel. Instead of the stuffy front desk at other hotels, guests are checked in by individuals carrying tablets in a comfortable "living room" environment. Rich was a true professional even though I had a credit card glitch. Upon arriving to our room, we were amazed at the size, quality, and cleanliness of it. Guests can partake of the free snacks and nonalcohic beverages. If you prefer, they offered Grey Goose vodak, premium beer, and whisey in the room for purchase. Every day, the hotel provided a happy hour with free wine from 6:00-8:00. In addition, coffee/tea, juice, muffins, and cookies were offered in the morning along with cookies and beverage available all day.
Although the hotel was located in the Wall Street financial district, all tourist sites (Times Square, Garment District, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, etc.) were a shot train ride on the 2/3 express line. We found it to be easy to navigate th city even though we wee newbies. Finally, regards of when we encountered an employee, they were courteous and helpful. The service was the best I have ever experenced in my many years of travel. I recommend the Andaz Wall Street and hope to return in the spring.

Hesitated a bit to book this hotel due to the location at the south tip of Manhattan. We have stayed at many places in NYC, both bad and luxury, but this does the job all the way with a combination of great service, nice ambience and a grate rate.

Do not hesitate for what reason whatsoever to book the Andaz Wall Street hotel, as it is truly a great experience. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. All amenities that you will ever need are found. From ipod docks to the free minibar and great sleeping comfort not to mention the very good service from the friendly staff and great products in the bathrooms.

The location works much better than anticipated due to very efficient public transportation to wherever in Manhattan you want to go.

The rate brings everything to its peak. Need i say more? Next time im in Mnahattan, i wil not hesitate to book my new favorite NYC hotel.

We had a fabulous time at the Andaz Wall Street this holiday season. The rooms are quiet, clean, well-appointed, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms are quite large for NYC hotels, and I think you get a great value for your stay. The staff members were welcoming, courteous, and helpful. There are lots of amenities that made our stay memorable: free snacks, drinks, and espresso bar in the lobby, free wireless access in the hotel, free snacks and non-alcoholic beverages in the room, slippers and bathrobes in the room, nice toiletries and linens, huge flat-screen tv, and a huge rainshower. The hotel is just a few blocks from the subway and there's a bus across the street

The only downside is that the street-noise can be loud in the morning. But if you have to wake up early anyway, it's not a big deal.

My partner and I travel to New York often and typically stay in Soho, Meatpacking or by the Park; however the Andaz Wall Street will now be one of our favourite locations to return to. The Andaz Wall Street is actually very easy to travel to and from while in Manhattan - situated at the corner of Wall and Water St.; you have access to three + different subways lines within a two block walking radius which all take you to Soho, Meatpacking, Union Sq., Central Park and Madison very quickly (and the subway line is also very easy to figure out.)

The staff at the Andaz Wall Street are fantastic, extremely helpful, kind/welcoming, and knowledgeable. Jessica, Amy and Adam thank you for making our stay feel like a home away from home. The housekeeping was efficient and quick, and another plus at the Andaz is that they include (and refill daily) snacks - chips, chocolate, energy bar; and non-alcoholic beverages - diet coke, coke, sprite, orange juice, iced tea, bottled water (both sparkling and flat) all for free.

The hotel itself is beautiful - very clean and modern; we stayed in a XL King room - huge suite with a small living room and fantastic tub/shower area. I guess because the hotel is located in the financial district it is so quiet at night - a real plus and rarity in NYC. I couldn't even hear a single car at night - so silent for sleeping. They have a pretty good gym in the basement, a "pantry" area by the main entrance where you can get coffee/tea, water and snacks during the day, as well as use a few in-house laptops. There is also a nice bar and restaurant on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Overall, will return to the Andaz Wall Street Hotel - highly recommend it!

The Andaz Wall Street is located south of the Manhattan business district, on the corner of Wall & Water St, giving the hotel restaurant it`s name. Some might find it a bit of track, but I loved coming home to a calm neighbourhood after a long day around quirky midtown. When entering the spacious lobby, a personal check-in assistant will approach you, guide you to a nearby couch and offer fresh barista-style coffee (available 6am till 11pm for free) or a glass of wine. The rooms are very spacious with super high ceilings and offer all amenities one could wish for! The minibar is stacked up daily with great organic OJ, ice tea and snacks as well als sodas for free. I only had breakfast there once and it was great! Usually I took a great coffe and some mini-muffins to go from the lobby and made my way. Go there!

We were recommended to stay at this hotel by staff at the Andaz West Hollywood. Since we wanted to take our kids to Wall Street, we took the recommendation and stayed at this hotel for three nights from 20 to 23 December. We were very impressed with this quaint and stylish hotel. We booked two connecting rooms, one of which is an oversized room. The view was simply enchanting. Our windows overlooked the narrow streets that intertwined with Wall Street and there were constantly hives of activities regardless of the hour. They were good rooms indeed! The service staff were friendly and efficient. We were also very pleased that they allowed us late check out without charge till 5.30pm. This hotel was our last stop at the end of our four-weeks U.S. holidays and the staff at this hotel went out of their way to get us a transport that was large enough to accommodate our 10 huge bags, our two kids, husband and I to JFK. The staff even bargained with the driver for a good rate for us. We were very impressed this hotel. Our kids voted this hotel to be the best of all seven hotels that we stayed during this trip.

This hotel was really a charm. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. We checked in the day after the blizzard hit, thankfully we got into the City just fine. Upon check in, we were offered complimentary coffee or tea which was nice after a long commute in. Rooms are great, huge in my opinion. Plenty of room at the desk to work, WI-FI in the rooms was easy to access and super fast. The decor was all modern and loved the rainfall shower. The complimentary work and non-alcoholic drinks were great since I am always thirsty and don't want to pay $4 for a bottle of water. We had complimentary cappuccinos during the entire stay which is another great perk as is the wine hour from 6-8. We just chilled, read the paper and sipped on some wonderful Malbec. For breakfast you can have some espresso or coffee with mini muffins and cookies, again complimentary. Overall the hotel was wonderful. Wall street area doesn't have a huge night light, but you are right around the block from the 2/3 so you can go anywhere in the City if you wanted to. Other subways are just another few blocks away. We found a few nice restaurants in walking distance so just takes some walking around and you will find stuff. We had a drink at BAR SEVEN FIVE, very good and the bar is also very chic and great service. I used the gym at the hotel which was huge and has ample machines and weights with bottled water and towels at all stations. Really superb hotel, I would definitely stay again.
