It was our first trip to the big apple. The hotel staff was super nice. We were there at 8am and they had our reservations from 3pm but they gave us an option of early check in for a very reasonable price or an option of keeping our luggage with them if we didnt want to check in early. They also gave us a high floor and a view of the memorial and the freedom tower. The room was really awesome. They have a very nice lounge area(very welcoming and had really nice coffee dispenser) and very good business center. It is very close to the metro station and the PATH station (2 blocks away in short very good connectivity). Whenever we needed something (plates, spoons, other services) the turn around time was less than 10 mins. Having stayed in other hotels I will say their service was prompt, staff was welcoming and the room was very warm, pleasant and comfortable. They had water dispensers with reusable bottles unlike other hotels where you have to pay additional 2-5 bucks for every bottle of water you touch in the room. I am definitely going back here for my next stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Me and my friend checked in and was pleasant to find we got upgraded to a suite unexpectedly. The room afforded a strategic view of the World Trade Center and of. The reflection pools. The room beds furniture linen were comfortably clean.

The hotel was super accommodating and immaculate. When we told the front desk we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the clerk reserved us a lovely room on a high floor with a spectacular view. The next morning, we enjoyed a wonderful, relatively well-priced breakfast on the 20th floor, with more fantastic views.

We stayed at Club Quarters on Veteran's Day weekend while celebrating our adult kids' birthdays in NYC. We made our reservations through Hotwire.com so we did not know where we would be staying until after our purchase. We reserved two rooms. When we checked in they were offering upgraded rooms for $40/night so we upgraded the kids' room. They had a very nice suite with a bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and a lovely view of the 9/11 Memorial. Our room was smaller but very comfortable. The location was great, close to the subway and nearby attractions (and our son's school, Pace University). The hotel is green (i.e., environmentally friendly). We especially appreciated the filtered water dispensers with reusable plastic bottles. As an added convenience there is a closet on each floor with additional coffee and other items that we were able to help ourselves to.

As others have mentioned in their reviews, the location is directly across the street from the 9/11 Memorial. It is a little haunting at first. on the weekend police block the street directly in front of the hotel but will allow hotel guests to drive in to drop off and pick up. It is a short walk to the corner to catch a ride. We would definitely stay here again.

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for 4 days, it was awesome for the money. We had the view of the World Trade Center building right off the windows. I was able to see the trade center memorial just going down stair from the hotel. It is also located just few train stops from the Time Square. We loved it, highly recommended.
