The Chatwal gave me one of my best hotel experiences in years. I stayed here in september 2013 for two nights. Located just off Times Square and still calm and tranquill. The staff is friendly and very professional, they know what you want! I was here for business and combined my last day with leisure activities. The concierge was a great help in making a dinner reservation and he gave me great recommendations. A good concierge knows indeed what to answer when a guest asks him " where can I buy Angry Birds toys for my little nephew" . The rooms are spacious and offer everything I could wish for. Large beds, soft sheets, fluffy pillows and even extra things that I usually don't wish for in a hotel; a tv in the bathroom and a warmed toiletseat with water rinse function! What else can I see! Just had a great time!
