This boutique hotel is the perfect place to stay to get the best out of Manhattan and Brooklyn.
In the heart of Nolita, you are in the heart of the bo-ho hood, with fantastic shopping, great restaurants. The hotel is with minimalistic design but tasteful. The people are great and helpful. You can borrow bikes and/or boards, and get access to Brooklyn/Williamsburg in a jiffy. Lovely place, lovely location and good people.

The Nolitan is a relaxed, funky hotel in the Soho, Little Italy, Nolitan triangle. The location is excellent with easy access to the funky restaurants and boutiques as well as the metro to uptown and Brooklyn.

The hotel is boutique and does not have all of the usual services on site. However, fitness, gyms, etc.. are available for guest use. It has a neighbourhood feel and fits in well with its location. The afternoon drinks in the lobby are a nice perk.

We stayed in a Neighbourhood King Room which was well designed and set out. It had views over Kenmare and was low enough to allow people watching up and down the street. The room had a sexy feel to it with a glass shower open to the room. It also has a curtain and separate wc for the more modest. The room had adequate shelf and cupboard space.

Despite being on level 3 the room was relatively quiet. There was some noise but you are NYC so what else could you expect?

The staff were friendly and helpful. All requests were addressed quickly.

We would stay again.

Room Tip: Neighbourhood King Room on level 3 has good street views but a little noise.

I booked this hotel based on all the great reviews, so I guess I had high expectations! Let me start by saying that nothing went terribly wrong, but several things were just middle of the road (based on other hotels of comparable standard & pricing): the wi-fi only worked in half of the room so I had to bring a chair in front of the front door, the aircon wasn't cold enough (thank goodness for the additional fan) and the room and the bed were pretty small for two people (I kept on hitting the base of the bed, which became painful by the end of the week!). Lastly, the restaurant was one of the most expensive in the area, for no apparent reason. On the upside, the staff was considerate, and I loved the area.

Room Tip: ask for their largest room, or you may be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I stayed here last week and absolutely loved our time. The hotel is clean, fresh and modern looking. I definitely recommend getting a corner room, it had great views of the city and streets. The rooftop had great views of the city and it was actually really nice that there wasn't a bar up there. The seating was nice and they even had a yoga class up there one of the nights we were there.

The staff was really friendly and very helpful. There was such a nice laid back vibe to the place. We'd definitely stay there again. The huge bathtub was a plus as well. My boyfriend is 6'3" and he fit perfectly stating "I haven't taken a bath where I fit in the tub in years--this is awesome."

I'd say the only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the restaurant downstairs--the food wasn't that great especially compared to all the amazing food located right down the street. I loved being so close to Little Italy.
