“Excellent but costy”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 August 2013

I ve stayed at Cassa Hotel for only 2 nights, I'll have to start by mentioning the great location of this hotel just minutes away from Times Square, the hotel reception is very welcoming, helpful and welcomed the newly wed couple with an upgrade to the presidential suite as soon as they new it was our honeymoon.
The suite was more than elegant and luxurious, everything seemed perfect.
The only thing that would prevent me from going back to Cassa is that its too expensive, i paid more than a 1000 bucks for a 2 night stay.. bottom line is if you can afford it, go for Cassa!

Thank you so much and we try to do our best to wow the honeymooners!
September is the busines month in NY and you probably would have paid the same or more anywhere else unfortunately. Are rates are usually more in the $300-400 range with exception during Sept/Oct/Nov when New York runs 100%. You must be about to celebrate your 1 year anniversary! Please come back and see us again!

Love the Customer Service, Perfect location in "Time Square". The Rooms are spacious, clean and very contemporary. This recently been my second stay here at "Cassa Hotel New York" I chose to stay here for a work related visit to NYC and also traveled with the President of the company that I work for. I knew that I could trust that the price would be very fair as well as the service would be outstanding ...... and it was once again very satisfactory. We had a driver pick us up from the airport and drop us off, front door with greeter right there to take all of our luggage. When we left is was just the same service repeated. As I have future travels for either work or pleasure. "Cassa Hotel New York" is my place of choice. Thank you all for the outstanding service that is continuously provided, daily and with a smile. So much appreciated. Gina Spillari-Todd

Great location, I stayed for three days from aug 2 - aug 5. I paid average $ 160 per night. Great bargain , right in the centre of the city. Room was room. Size was a little smaller. But I am not coming to New York to spend time in the room. The staffs are professional and good manner. Make it simple. For $160. Worth every single penny.

Thank you very much! Boy did you score on the rate! :) As we are going into the busiest time of year guests can expect to pay in the range of $300-400 per night this Fall. Regardless, the service we offer is certainly worth every penny regardless what time of year you stay with us!

Thank you and see you again soon!

Friendly, efficient, welcoming with clean well appointed rooms. Situated conveniently between 5th and 6th Avenues, close to great shops and restaurants, I can thoroughly recommend this boutique hotel to tourists and business men alike.

Nice place to lay your head in such a busy town. Fantastic customer service from all, especially Stephanie the Concierge. Like the 10th floor Lounge with free wifi, views and nice places to sit. Fast elevators and good housekeeping. Doorman always had smile. Stayed 3 nights

We stayed at the Cassa hotel for four nights and loved it!

The hotel is located in the middle of Manhatten close to Times Square anf 5th avenue, meaning we could walk to most sights. The stay was a birthday gift from my girlfriend and when the staff was told that we got a free upgrade for our room, a complementary bottle of sparkling wine and a birthday present. The staff at the hotel, especially the doormen and the front desk staff, provided us with a great experience.

The room was also great, though not the largest. Soft bed, large bathroom and clean.

We loved it and will definitely come back on our next visit to NY!

It’s New York and you’re supposed to get tiny rooms there. Hotels are overpriced from what I heard. So when I found this hotel at a “reasonable” price (compared to NY hotels that is), I booked it straight away.

I have to admit, when I reached the lobby, I thought to myself that maybe I made a mistake. Don’t let the lobby fool you. Yes it’s small but staff are very helpful. The rooms may be small but was in great condition and the bed/pillows were one of the best I have ever tried. They were better than Marriott hotels (which are great in their own right).

I didn’t get the breakfast so can’t comment on that, but the staff and rooms were great.
Location of the hotel is perfect. Few minutes walk from Times Square, few minutes from 5th avenue and Grand Central station. It’s exactly where you want to be in Manhattan. A definite thumbs up and would certainly stay in the hotel again.
