I booked this hotel with a Travelzoo special. My rate was to include free wifi and breakfast for two each day. Upon check-in I ask about the breakfast and was told that it wasn't included in my rate. I was able to pull up the deal on my phone and show it to the attendant who ask that I forward the information to Glenis Rivas, which I did and they would get back to me. That day I emailed Glenis 3 times and got no reply, I also called once and talked with other manager but Glenis had left for the dya. The next morning I went down to the desk to inquire about breakfast and the same attendant was there and did not remember me but check and again told me that the rate didn't include breakfast but gave me two passes and said she would check into it. On the following day I stopped by yet again, and finally the attendant gave me passes for that day and the next but said the issue had still not been resolved. Honestly this is the worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton property and I do travel for work. In addition to the trouble I had with breakfast, the sheets on my bed had a huge hole in them where it was ripped. I have pictures of that as well I am going to post.
