“What could have been a disaster was a good save thanks to "Chris"”
Reviewed 18 July 2013 via mobile

In NYC for a convention at the Javits center, we used an app on our iPhone for a happy hour "good" place to go. It led us to Traffic. We called ahead to confirm the "happy hour" which the hostess confirmed. When we arrived no one knew what we were talking about. After two people came to speak to us, The manager Chris came over and made is feel at home and took very good care of us. The food was good, the atmosphere is rough because the exterior if the buding is in a construction zone, however it's very urban and edgy inside. I wasn't to fond of our waitress. She seemed curt and put out by our issues. We had walked 12 blocks and we were tired and upset. She didnt make it better, but Chris was awesome. I WILL go back again when in the neighborhood.

“pretty good food - nothing special”
Reviewed 17 July 2013

Got chicken tenders as appetizer and a burger as entree. Very big portion for chicken tenders and pretty good food. Burger was also quite good; fries could have been better though. They were quite soft and were lacking flavor.
Staff was friendly but not super attentive.
Nice location and decor.
Good place for a short lunch or dinner but don't expect anything special.

“Avoid at ALL cost”
Reviewed 19 September 2012

This place cares nothing about customer service. It is over priced, loud and dingy. They wouldn't honour coupons from Google Offers and seemed to make up the rules and fine print as they saw fit rather than what was on paper. It was a Saturday night and the place was EMPTY. Says a lot about the place just by their lack of clientele.

“Rip Off”
Reviewed 18 September 2012

Three of us purchased coupons for this restaurant, for our only night in New York, and after walking several blocks, we were told that we could not use our coupons, as we were a group and only one coupon per table was allowed. After asking where was this stated on the coupon, we were told that this was the rule, whether it said so or not. We would only be allowed to use one coupon. After several minutes of discussion, we were told that we could use two coupons, but not three. We chose to pass them out to other patrons and leave. The other patrons were then being told that they could not use them. I hope someone got to use these as we purchased them in good faith, and were rather disillusioned by this whole experience.

“Decent Food, Drag Queen Brunch”
Reviewed 30 July 2012

Had a great bartendar who was quick with bloody marys and my omelette was great. Imagine my surprise when my solo brunch turned into the restaurant's drag queen brunch. They were totally kitchy and funny. A nice surprise to make my solo brunch not so boring.
