In NYC for a convention at the Javits center, we used an app on our iPhone for a happy hour "good" place to go. It led us to Traffic. We called ahead to confirm the "happy hour" which the hostess confirmed. When we arrived no one knew what we were talking about. After two people came to speak to us, The manager Chris came over and made is feel at home and took very good care of us. The food was good, the atmosphere is rough because the exterior if the buding is in a construction zone, however it's very urban and edgy inside. I wasn't to fond of our waitress. She seemed curt and put out by our issues. We had walked 12 blocks and we were tired and upset. She didnt make it better, but Chris was awesome. I WILL go back again when in the neighborhood.
