A group of 8 of us reserved this hotel for a trip we are planning in July. The rooms were not paid in advance, however, the hotel did charge a $35USD service fee per room. I had to cancel this reservation well within the cancellation period. I was advised the $70USD would be refunded to my card within 7-10 days. That was almost 5 weeks ago. I have contacted the hotel through several methods (Twitter, Facebook, e-mail, telephone). Nobody replies. June 15th I managed to speak to the manager Charlie. He advised me the fees would be returned to my card immediately. That was a week ago.
I have since left several more messages and they just get ignored.
If you choose to stay at this hotel, please be aware that customer service is apparently non-existent!! In fact, if you simply read the rest of the reviews, it's a wonder this place manages to stay in business!
If there was an option to give this place ZERO stars, I would.More
