This is my second visit to The Muse Hotel and I'm highly impressed with the level of professionalism that the staff have displayed. The Guest Service Manager, Sarah Rosenberg, responded to many of my online queries within 12 hours and provided accurate and detailed information. The hotel staff all remembered and addressed me by my last name including the doormen. This was indeed impressive and the staff will always put on their smiles and are always ready to assist guests. In addition, the hotel welcomes pets and at the front door, there was a welcome sign to say The Muse Welcomes VIPets followed by the pets' names. That was indeed welcoming. The two housekeepers that attended to my needs were very friendly and efficient. Both are Maria where one does the turn down service in the evenings and placed chocolates on the bed. The Muse also provided morning coffee and a good selection of organic teas; in the evenings, the hotel provides free flow of wine during from 5 to 6 pm. The Muse is indeed a hidden gem tucked in West 46 street which is just three minutes walk to Times Square. Despite the bustle at Times Sq, the rooms at the Muse are exceptionally quiet and sound proof which allowed me to sleep in really well. I look forward to visiting The Muse again in the near future and their very friendly staff. Love the fragrance and texture. Cheers.More
