We stayed in Room 606, a Junior KIng Suite for two days this weekend. My last stay in NYC was April at the Ritz Carlton CP and before that The Lowell in March. The Library Hotel is a small, lovely hotel with an excellent staff. Room 606 was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. On a corner, views up and down Madison Avenue and the New York Public Library. Friends of ours were in queen rooms which were quite small with little or no view. That being said, their rooms were furnished beautifully with much thought to detail and amenities. The morning breakfast and afternoon wine reception were terrific. We had drinks on the 14th floor both evenings, and really enjoyed the fresh air, and aerie feel. Our wifi worked great. The ever-present city noise is certainly there. I turned our A/C on and as it did not cycle on and off, it provided an all night white noise which was very helpful.
We will absolutely return to the Library Hotel on our next visit to NYC.More
