Amazing store, with the Ferris Wheel inside, and the really nice thematic decoration, such as the Superman on the ceiling, the Tyrannosaurus rex with its very realistic moves and sounds.. Very friendly staff, and you can find a lot stuff the from toys to video games consoles, etc.. worth the visit!

My 3-year-old daughter and I visit this store whenever we are visiting family in NYC. She loves the indoor ferris wheel (be advised it costs money and the line can be VERY long) and they have stroller/bag parking available for free when u are on the ride. The giant t-rex robot is amazingly realistic! Naturally there is an enormous variety of toys to play with/look at. We have visited this store during the week and found it to be less crowded but this particular visit was the week of Thanksgiving so, yes it was crazy. We still had a blast. Yes, I was ready to hide in the hotel room with a bottle of wine after our day in Time Square but it was fun for the short time we threw ourselves into it.

What a sensory over load, thank goodness I didn't have my kids with me. There is so much variety and the items are set out into different areas so if you are going for something specific you can go directly there.

The staff are friendly and plenitful.

June 1st we visited Toys R Us. Although crowded we managed to navigate through the aisles. The Lego section has a huge Statue of Liberty and Empire State Bldg. made from thousands of Legos.
We took our Special Needs Grandson to the entrance of the Ferris Wheel. When I asked where to park his wheel chair an employee said, " right here, you don't need to wait in the line." She took us around to another side. Her kindness was truly a blessing to our family. We purchased some great pictures of our family riding in the Toy Story cart with Woody in the background. The Ferris Wheel really made this trip unique.
