AMAZING. If you can't find a type of candy here, it can't exists. 2 floors of candy goodness and a third that is an ice cream shop!!! What's not to love. The window has some of the candy challege clothes designed on Project Runway.

Only go if you happen to be in the area...you'll see a large variety of candy, otherwise it's not worth the trip. I was turned off by the filthy floors, staircase, etc., especially because the place sells food. If you want ice cream, find a cleaner place. On the upside, the clothing was clever and cute. Perhaps Dylan's dad (fashion mogul Ralph Lauren) had something to do with that????

Expensive candy, but so pretty and exciting. Loved buying gifts here. Regular stuff, but somehow it seems more fun when you buy it here.

I have mixed feelings about Dylan's, On the positive side, it's a 3-floor candy shop, with all sorts of confectionery related evils. On the negative side, It's a tourist trap, with tons of children running around.

My wife and I visited this place on Saturday the 15th and found it to be extremely packed. Almost to the point of suffocating. We didn't spend much time on the main floor where the circular display of loose candy was. We went downstairs and noticed that the crowds were significantly smaller here. Breathed a sigh of relief and began to peruse the store for items to take home with us. We found the candy bars and the hot chocolates, noticed that there were 4 kinds of fudge to sample and made sure to try them. (not bad, but I've had better at the Jersey Shore) took advantage of some of the retro themed (and cheaper) candy bars, laughed at the OLD candies including the candy cigarettes, it's also worth noting that the basement has all of the items available for sale except the loose candies that the main floor does. Then decided it was time to discover the 3rd floor.

We walked up the slightly filthy stairs to the 3rd floor and observed a rather sad display case of macaroons, and brownies (there might have been cookies there too, not sure) we decided to bypass the sadness and check out the ice cream counter. A thing to note here, they do not offer single scoops, you have to purchase a double scoop. We tried the Banana Brownie ice cream which was very good, for the second scoop we wanted to try the cookie crunch which became overshadowed by the amazing banana brownie ice cream.

I seen many negative reviews complaining about the cleanliness of this place. It appeared to be mostly clean, the steps seem a bit dirty, but it's a place that caters to children of all ages, how spotless do you really expect this place to be?

The main floor is tiny and cramped but if you go downstairs they have a lot more stuff and its not so crowded. Upstairs on the third floor, they have ice cream and treats available. Also, not many people mention and I was pleasantly surprised they have a tiny bar with adult beverages. Could have lots of fun here with the grown ups, lol :-)
