“Great view of the brick oven pizza oven.”
Reviewed 25 October 2013 via mobile

We began with Ensalata Mista with the house dressing. It was very fresh. We ordered a pizza and pasta with chicken. The pasta was whole wheat! The pasta was al dente. Next, we had the pizza. The pizza had a thin crust with cheese and a delicious tomato sauce. We all enjoyed the food. Give it a try.

“Delicious”
Reviewed 16 September 2013 via mobile

We got in late and had a time finding someplace open. We were a little afraid since nothing else was open. It was delicious.

“OK in a pinch, but not a destination I'd clamor to go back to”
Reviewed 20 August 2013

My daughter and I came here one night after checking in late at the Marriott East Side. It was pouring rain and the salad place we wanted to go to was closed (Chopt) so we went here. The ambiance is really nice--open air, nice decor. (if benign)
My daughter had penne alfredo which was good, the chicken was tasty. I had "homemade" ravioli which looked and tasted suspiciously like the celentano frozen ravioli I often by at my local supermarket. Nevertheless, it was tasty, simple, with a nice tomato sauce. Salads were good, bread was good but kind of greasy.
Was glad we found it because we were tired, wet, and hungry, but I think McDonald's would have been as welcome that night!

“Great italian Restaurant”
Reviewed 16 July 2013

Me and my friend where there for an early dinner, we were greeted by a lovely hostess! Started with calamari, it was great fresh with amazing tomato sauce! Had for an entree the Salmon and Veal Marsala !! It was absolutely delicious the best Salmon I ever had! The service staff is very attentive and love their music selection! When u go inside the restaurant u have a feeling u r not in midtown Manhattan,it's very nice ,ambience quiet ,nice music but extremely busy delivery going out!! If u r looking for great food and very attentive place, then this is a right place for u!

“Disappointing”
Reviewed 10 July 2013

The location of the restaurant is great, and it has a quiet atmosphere which is a nice reprieve from the bustle outside. The service too was attentive. But ultimately one goes to a restaurant to eat, and that is where the experience fell apart. The caprese salad was didn't have the fresh taste promised on the menu, and the dressing tasted manufactured. The calamari were also disappointing, although the portion was good, the taste and texture were more like the quality of a chain restaurant.
