We stayed 4 nights and the apartment is exactly as says. Awesome views and excellent location. It is right on the doorstep of everything needed for a quick stop in NYC. It is walking distance to most sights but just far enough away from Times Square to be in the thick of things but not on top of them. Apartment has all the comforts of home.
The bed was hard as a rock with very old damaged bedding. The two futons in living room were also hard as a rock and we could not sit on them to enjoy view. The view was the only positive. I would definitely tell anyone not to book there.
Stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the views day and night. Good neighbourhood. Try Amish market, 8 St. Apartment was very clean. Good communication with Samuel. Thank you.
This apartment is in a great location if you are going into the Theater District but it really needs updating. The two futons in the living room that service as beds are very uncomfortable, we folded blankets on them to sit on. I would not like to have to sleep on it.The walls are all scuffed and the rug in the bedroom is very dirty. The Linens also have seen a lot of use but the towels were very nice. If you are going to charge hotel prices I think you have to be in the same league as a hotel.
I took my Dad to NYC for his 70th birthday and I wanted to book something different. I'm glad I did as the apartment was great, the neighborhood had a nice feel and it was close enough to everything we needed to see.
The apartment was attractive, clean and furnished well. The views were stunning and made my Dad go quiet when he first walked in. The bed and bedroom view were great, shower/toilet were clean and the sofa bed was comfortable enough for a couple off nights.
Samuel answered all of my questions quickly and the apartment contact we met on arrival was friendly.
I would come back again.
Excellent place and owner, we had a great time , will go back again
Location is unbeatable, eveything is nearby
