What a great little find, this is our second time here, the food is wonderful and so is the service. If what you desire is not on the menu they will gladly make it for you! We had mussels for an appetizer, calamari with squid ink pasta, and spaghetti with baby artichokes for dinner, both dinners were fantastic. We can't wait to go into the city again and have dinner here!

We arrived early as we had a late flight home that night. We didn't have a reservation and got in no problem. Both my husband and myself had different specials and they were fantastic. The service was fantastic as well. We will go back again next time we are in New York.

Nice quaint restaurant. Very creative menu. The specials filled a blackboard that they rolled to your table. Tables are quite close together but not intrusive. Don't go here if you just want plain pasta and meatballs. Go for some really creative and delicious food. The service was really good. They use the team approach and you are never left waiting for anything. In NYC, Italian restaurants won't last long if they are not good and this one is good. Also, feel free to ask for a dish if they don't have it on the menu. I asked for the gnocchi with meat sauce as an appetizer and it was really good(Note-I am no gnocchi expert but it was still awesome).
Enjoy!

We've been to Marinella many times over the last few years but hadn't been able to visit for awhile. We went last Thursday night and were extremely happy to be back.
Marinella serves all the traditional favorites, but their specials on a rolling blackboard are the things to try. They always have a wonderful selection of the freshest seafood and again, very often there's something unusual to try.
The meat and pasta dishes are also superb, creative and never disappoint.
Finish your meal with the lightest, most delicate ricotta cheesecake in NYC.
