i have been this place for lunch in office hours and found the food acceptable.
I took my In-laws for dinner at this place and i couldnt believe it is same place. We ordered entree "Palak Paneer". Cook was asleep or was in hurry to go home, he put "Sodium Bi-carbonate" instead of salt.
we complained and following happened:
1. Entree was immediately removed from table
2. No replacement was provided
3. We were charged for dish
4. We were 4 adults but they decided to put 18% gratuity on our bill
How does this place survive in this age, i cant figure out. Is there a way to put a formal complaint against this place?
