Perfect service in a perfectly elegant, calm, cheerful, gorgeous room (we ate downstairs). Attentive servers were never overbearing and never made our party of four feel rushed; the prix-fixe menu was $104 per person, expensive but not at all unreasonable, and the wines were expensive but not absurdly so. We celebrated a friend's birthday and anniversary and felt as if we'd chosen precisely the right venue. I hope to go back soon. We were welcomed despite being new-comers and by the time we left, we felt were were at home. Perfect. Fois Gras, beef, lamb, sweetbreads--and the souffles, however cliched, were certainly the best dessert on the list.
