After struggling on previous nights to get a table in any restaurants on Times Square we decided to look for somewhere nearby but more traditional. We came across this Italian. As it was our last night we splashed out a bit. The food was very good and the service is also good. We ate with our daughters 15 and 10. The youngest had a starter as her main and the rest of us had chicken and veal. Both girls had dessert. Including service and tax the bill came to $230 so not cheap, but we did have a few drinks on there. To give you an idea without the drinks, the food was $120.

Ate with our two children 11 and 17. Caesar salad was the best I have had out - portion was small, but very tasty. Asked waiter if the pastas could be shared, to which he replied they were not big. They were huge and we should have had 2-3 for the 4 of us. The pasta dishes arrived hot and like the salad, were among the best I have had.

As previous reviewers stated, ask for the prices of the by the glass wine - paid over 10/glass without knowing!

This restaurant is "old school" Italian. Good tasty food and good portion sizes in room that could have been designed in 1970.

It's not cheap, but it is reasonable value for money. Hardly a destination restaurant but if you are in the area it's worth visiting for some good Italian food.

I ate here this evening and found the dishes to be generous in portion size and extremely tasty - but expensive - my veal chop was $38 for example. Very good quality, well-cooked as presented - this is the sort of place for a treat!
