Had lunch here on 7/12. The signature chicken dish was extremely good. It was very flavorful, skin was crispy (for the most part) and meat was very juicy.

The roast potatoes we good, but I wouldn't get them again. They felt more like deep fried rather than what I am used to as roasted.

Had a glass of their Pinot Noir with the chicken, great fit.

Come, eat, enjoy, its that simple.

All of my New York trips end with dinner at Barbuto. You must must try the crispy potatoe wedges, pollo al forno, barbabietolae (roasted beet salad), fettuce con navone, and the list goes on and on. If you haven't tried Jonathan Waxman's "Barbuto", you owe it to yourself to make a visit. Drinks are spectacular.

I've tried Barbuto because I was working at the nearby studios and the name was on the agenda. I've been negatively surprised by the excess of experiments on the Italian proposals. It could find a wide appreciation , but I'm more a purist

We had a wonderful meal of chicken and seafood risotto here and would highly recommend both dishes. We ate early (7pm) but the place was packed when we arrived and when we left. There is a great vibe to the place but it is loud, difficult for conversation. The chef's table in the kitchen looked amazing and worth a night out with a group.

Another great dining experience in NYC. We went as a family outing, as we do every time we are in NYC. Four Adults and two children aged 8 & 6. We opted for the family dining plan where they bring out a seemingly unending variety of appetizers, pasta dishes, meat dishes and vegetables. It is a set price, and they gave us a break on the kids. The chicken, which is always included in the family plan, was again just unbelievable. The gnocchi was fantastic. The staff there is great. Always upbeat and friendly, always helpful. It is a little loud, as you are eating outside in NYC, but that counts as a positive. It is, after all...NYC. A bonus was the Pride Parade which added to the fun. I have been there for both lunch and dinner. If you are in NYC, it is worth a visit.
