We were looking for Gluten-Free offerings and tried the Glaze Teriyaki Grill on Lexington for lunch. They have both regular and Gluten-Free options and understand cross contamination issues by using separate utensils and grill when you request Gluten-Free. This is basically a carry out place with a few seats inside. We did take out, with one Regular Chicken Breast meal with brown rice and honey lemon dressing on salad, and one Gluten Free Chicken Thigh meal with white rice and honey lemon salad dressing (their Gluten-Free option). The person who took our order also bagged it up. She said the GF was on top. When we removed the order from the bag "GLUTEN" was written on one container (the one on top) and nothing on the other. Both meals appeared to be the same cut of chicken and the same rice. This along with the word Gluten written on one caused us some confusion. We placed a call to the restaurant prior to eating to be sure which was Gluten-Free.....the one marked Gluten. They seemed very capable of dealing with the Gluten Free preparation but created concern with the marking. Food was tasty, ample portion, good value and the GF meal was in fact GF because my daughter, who has an severe allergy to gluten, did not have any issues. We will go back, but be extra certain which is the GF before leaving.
