The Homewood Suites by Hilton New York/Midtown Manhattan Times Square-South provided one of the most negative experience of my hotel stay. Being a HHonor diamond member there is some expectation and trust in the Hilton brand. Based on this experience and trust, I booked my much awaited family vacation at this hotel. The customer experience we received is way inferior than other hotel stays of Hilton brand - Hilton, Double Tree, Embassy Suite, HGI, other Homewood suite, etc. The basic room services task did not get done like - cleaning the trash, making the bed, removing the used totel, filling up soaps/shampoo/lotions, filling up coffee/tea/creamer/sugar. Had to call the front desk and room service several times to perform some of these basic stuff during the duration of my 5 days stay, which on top of that was not done as per basic expectation of satisfaction guarentee. This was a total waste of hotel stay time, $$ amount, and all the massive points I have used to stay at this hotel during my family vacation.
