The location of the GPH is perfect and is my go to hotel when traveling to NYC. It's walking distance to many great restaurants and a short cab ride to broadway. I love the Lelabo candles when you enter the lobby. Everyone from the service staff that greet you upon arrival to the registration staff are exceptional and you can tell there is a real espirit de corps. The manager Daniel E is steller and during my stays i really felt like he personally wanted each of my stays to be great. I have also used the concierge service and they have been great. I have also stayed at GPH with my family and they were very accommodating.

Room Tip: If you stay during the weekend ask for a room in the middle of the hotel to avoid the noise from the Rose Bar and any Parties happening on the Roof.

I am truly humbled by your wonderful feedback. Location is key in the city and Gramercy delivers just that.....close to it all, yet off the beaten track of the hustle and bustle! So glad that the tree lined street and exclusive private park access played to your advantage here at Gramercy. Personalizing experiences is what we are all about, so I am overjoyed that you truly connected on that level with the team. Looking forward to welcome you back for another great Gramercy experience.

All the best,

The Gramercy Park Hotel is a very trendy hotel with exceptional service. Everything about the hotel is well-done. The location is great for quick trips to Soho or Midtown. There are many great restaurants a short walk from the hotel as well as the restaurant located inside the property. Don't miss the hotel bar!

Room Tip: I booked a standard room. It was small but very comfortable with great decor.

Thank you so much for your kind feedback Jodi, truly appreciated. Ease of location is KEY in New York City and Gramercy delivers just that. Truly in the heart of it all, yet off the beaten path of sirens and street noise. You can experience all that the city has to offer, but still get the restful night's sleep you deserve! So glad to hear that you enjoyed Maialino and Rose bar, both a must when staying at Gramercy to complete your experience. Looking forward to welcome you back for another outstanding experience!!

I loved the suite, it was wall papered like a french bordello, red velvet and bright colors everywhere. It was a gorgeous and classy room. Be careful of the mini bar, it's extensive but very expensive, I didn't realize I could have stayed two extra nights from what I had in the mini bar.

Room Tip: Splurge for a suite, it's worth it.

Hello Kathryn - so pleased to hear that you connected with the suite here at Gramercy. The property is truly unique and special, actually on of the only hotels designed by a true artist in academy award winning designer, Julian Schnabel. He really out did himself on this one....a timeless and special design unlike any other. Our English drinking cabinets are luxurious. We feature our top selling item, "Cade 26" the custom le labo scented candle done exclusively for Gramercy....with this hand poured glass of aromatic goodness, you can take Gramercy home with you. Looking forward to welcome you back for another great experience!

I find myself staying in Manhattan frequently and The Gramercy Park is one of my "go-to" hotels. If there is a new luxury hotel opening in NY, I'm there. However Gramercy Park is a constant for me because their back suites are very quiet and private. You would never know you are in the middle if Manhattan. If you are a light sleeper, this is your hotel! The suites are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are in need of a renovation. Maialino Restaurant is a must and The Rose Bar is a definite hotspot. Service is always excellent.

Consistency is key in our service delivery here at the Gramercy Park Hotel, this is what drives our loyalty and customer base here at the property. Our guests return time and time again, to reconnect with the colored history of Gramercy and be a part of one of the most unique and special places that NYC has to offer. Tranquility in the city that never sleeps....well that's actually possible here at Gramercy. Tucked away in a residential area, on a tree lined street, but just a block from the action....you really get the best of both worlds here at Gramercy.
Looking forward to welcome you back for another great weekend here at the Gramercy Park Hotel.

Comfortable, well located hotel with excellent, unpretentious staff. Highly recommended. Be sure to check out "owners only" Gramercy Park of which the hotel has a key. The history and elegance of this hotel make it a bonus.

Thank you Les! Such a pleasure to have read your wonderful feedback this morning. The team here at Gramercy is truly special. They work very hard to deliver special experiences to each and every guest that stays with us. They are humble about what they do and gravitate to their passion of hospitality. Checking out the only private park in NYC, Gramercy Park, is a must when staying here with us. Only the buildings right on the park have access to this unique and special garden, so exclusivity is an understatement! Looking forward to welcome you back for another great weekend here at Gramercy!
