I was truly amazed by the incredible value of this hotel. From making our reservation, throughout our stay to checkout the staff was Great! The staff at front desk were So helpful & friendly, Umika at the front desk was great & helped us more than a few times, with suggestions & directions for things to do, to sending up things we forgot to pack, & calling a cab, they were on top of it! I definitely plan to stay here again. Can't beat location, look to the right, a few feet away is Radio City, right in front of you is the Rockefeller Ice rink & the Tree, and to the left is Fifth Ave & Saint Patricks Cathedral; not to mention some Great restaurants up & down the block, & Everything you may be thinking of doing is close. For when we didn't want to leave, the Terrace Club in the hotel provides great food/drinks & beautiful view from indoors or outside, with friendly staff as well. Room included free wifi, comfortable bed & pullout couch, tv, desk, bathroom & kitchen (which included sink, microwave, refrigerator, & dishes/silverware), all of which was clean; plus hotel provides free chilled bottled water. All in all, you don't have to go far for anything when here, the staff was Great, from the security & the food. (Added bonus, crossing paths with a celebrity while getting on elevator).

Room Tip: Nice fitness center. Corner room was large & quiet, included all amenities one could require fro...

I arrived early and was told no rooms were available and I would have to go to their sister hotel down the street. I said I could wait for a room, so they stored my bags. I returned 5 hours later and my room was ready. I have stayed here many times, this was the first time I had windows facing west and south. The room was on an upper floor, so maybe that's why there were windows on two sides. Nice view to the west of Radio City Music Hall. The rooms are very small, but if you are only in the room to sleep, they are fine. The bathroom has a pocket door, to save on space I imagine. Free water and water bottles on every other floor. They have room service and a restaurant. Great place to stay if you want to be in the middle of everything in Mid-town. Short walk to the theatre district. Gym is good, but hard to find on the 6th floor, like walking through a maze. The one downside to this hotel, and it has happened to me during other stays is that the elevator must be activated by your room key and it doesn't always register on the first swipe, so you have to be mindful of that otherwise you end up on the 26th floor! One problem I had was that upon returning to my room one night, I had no towels. I called the front desk and it took close to an hour (and 2 calls) to get bath towels delivered to my room.

Room Tip: Ask for an upper floor.

I've stayed at several CQs and this is my favorite. They understand business travel. The staff is friendly without being pesty. I don't need a lot of fancy stuff; just a clean room, a bed, a desk, a whole lot of charging ports and a nice tv. Check, check, check, check and check. The restaurant on the seventh floor is great for breakfast and to get yourself together before the work day begins. If you have to stay in Midtown, you can't do much better than Club Quarters.

You can't ask for a more convenient location! We had the room with a kitchenette and it was worth it. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful! My daughter loved the water machine in the hall with free bottles. I also liked the well equipped fitness room. I will definitely stay there again!!

The Club Quarters concept is great, and appropriate to this central and promising location -- Only the options a business traveller would need, with nice extras but no frills. No major flaws, but not the ideal Manhattan lodgings, either. The room was very small even by NYC standards. There was closet space for one person staying one night to unpack, but no more. Free wifi and desktops with printers are welcome, but the "lounge" where they and some free and not free refreshments are located looks just like an airport business lounge and is at least as crowded and chaotic. With no lobby and nowhere to sit in the room, the hotel needs a roomier public space. The all-electronic check in and check out were excellent and efficient. Breakfast was not worth the fixed price, though quick and easy, which is what the clientele seem to want.

I stopped here on business for five nights. It's conveniently located for midtown, especially as I was working on 51st. Rockefeller is just over the road, and I was fortunate to have a view of the central building, popping up top one evening.

It's a little bland as a business hotel but there's a desk and a good night's sleep is always greatly received. The staff were invariably friendly and the room was clean.
