All prior trips to this hotel were great. In 2014, confirmed reservations for two (2) suites were lost. Problem ensued and "below requested quality " rooms were made available. This trip was set-up to meet our niece's fiancé, and this start certainly kept us in "catch-up mode for the entire stay. The check-in staff did try to rectify the problem. However, the reserved, or similar rooms, rooms were not available. Made for a poor start on Easter weekend.
