We stayed at the Wingate of Wyndham for 5 nights and would stay there again if we return to NYC. It is very centrally located and close to Penn station which is very handy when catching the 7.15am train to Niagara Falls.
The room was very comfy and spacious with an awsome shower. The only downside is that most rooms have an air vent which is quite noisy.
Staff were very helpful and were able to recommend a restaurant close to the hotel when we arrived quite late in the evening.
The breakfast spread was quite impressive with the waffle makers in high demand. Get in early or you'll miss out.
We paid $US290 per night (taxes included) which I thought was a bargain for this standard of hotel in August.
