I come to NY 4-5 times a year, and as usual I stayed at the London NYC, and as usual, it was perfect. Perfect location, large, clean, cosy room. I requested a specific type of room (high floor on the street to be more quiet...), all these information were taken into account! Although you're in a very speed city, once you enter in the loby, you enter in a cosy environment, all the staff is pleasant and at your disposal. On top of that, they have some small attentions which is always appreciable: a set of umbrellas when it rains (it saved my evening!!!), a platter with chocolates in my room to "welcome me back"....

So no doubt, I'll be back there, and i hope ASAP!!!!!

We stayed here for 2 nights...great neighbourhood, close to broadway, the shops...good service, nice room...and even bumped into Michelle Williams ...We didn't have dinner at the restaurant, just drinks, which were very nice, nice and helpful staff as well.

Great location and a really great staff. On check in we requested a specific room type. The front desk went out of thier way to accomodate...even to the extent that they moved the flowers I bought my wife for our aniversary from one room to the next, so they were there when we entered the room. Rooms are spaceous and clean.
Highly recomend and looking forward to our next stay!

I checked into the London after a long and turbulent flight, and could not have been more impressed. From the doorman to the bellman, the front desk to housekeeping, The London staff was inviting, warm, helpful and accommodating. While not a huge fan of the furnishings, they were comfortable (except for the desk chair, which has no lumbar support), they did the job, and the bed was very comfortable, with sufficient light to read in bed at night, and the room was entirely soundproof, both from the surroundings room and the street noise. The bathroom was huge, with a spa shower and tub, and enough room for the many toiletries I bring with me on long trips. The staff was great, and the faxes and deliveries I received were delivered in a timely manner. The room service food was excellent, albeit far too pricey (but I've come to expect this in NYC hotels), so I ate my meals at the many good options nearby.

My room on the 30th floor even had a view (through buildings) of Central Park!

I will definitely be back to The London on my next trip to NYC.

Room Tip: The higher rooms have views of Central Park, which is a plus.

Beautiful rooms with breathtaking views! All of the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! If you are looking for some truly helpful people at the front desk, ask for Heather or Jimmy and as a Bellman Adam went above and beyond! Couldn't have asked for better service and I would definitely come back!

very well located and spacious rooms. Rooms are not so good isolated because we were at the 52n floor and still hear the sirenes during night. There is not so much space for hanging clothes. It's a pity that the hotel doesn't have a spa.
