Staff at our hotel recommended Ben and Jacks to us on our second night in NYC. The restaurant was busy, but the staff were still very friendly and attentive. At first glance the menu did appear to be expensive, but the huge sizes of the meat and sides that soon appeared on our table somewhat explained the price. Everything was cooked to perfection, the burger succulent and the steaks amazingly tender. The New York cheesecake for dessert also had to be one of the best we had during our time in New York.
