Very simple and convenient place to stay in New York. All you need as you will spend very little time in your hotel!
Great location and convenient for the subway, shops etc. Small kitchen to make food and a common area too.
Small share rooms (not large dorms) and individual bathrooms was nice. Clean, however beds could be more comfortable-proper pillows would be nice!

I had to switch hotels last minute so I found this one. It was cheap and the reviews seemed decent, so I thought, why not give it a shot. Upon arrival it was pretty decent, the bathroom in the lounge area wasn't clean though so I was getting a little worried. But after staying there for 5 nights, I had a pretty good experience. My advice for travellers going alone and are sharing a room with someone, you should bring a lock of your own because they have half lockers to place your important stuff. (they don't sell locks at the front desk but I think they should because they'd get more profit). Also they don't have tissues/paper towels so I would suggest picking up a box or a roll if you're like that (like me haha). the staff is very nice and welcoming. bathrooms for people staying in the hotel were clean. The wifi isn't great. It really is a place where you just put your stuff down and explore NY. The hotel is near the subway that leads to time square. So overall, it actually is a pretty nice place to be.

Room Tip: Elevators take a while so it's better to be on the 2nd floor.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice location near Broadway and Central Park. Four bathrooms on the floor. There is a good cafe in front of the hostel where you can have breakfast. I suppose it is the best place in this area with such good rates.

Booked via Hostelworld, but the thing is they charge the entirety of your stay ahead of your arrival, so be careful.
The hotel is great, very cozy and welcoming to travelers, staff is very friendly.
Rooms are pretty basic with sink and TV. Wifi signal was very poor in my room on the 4th floor.
During our stay, there's was a power outage happening every other hour during the day, and the staff said it was because of the hot weather. Kind of annoying but unless you're staying in the hostel all day, not too much of a issue.
Airport transportation passes by the hotel once every hour, 24 hours a day, which is nice.
Very close to the 103rd St. subway station, lots of shops and restaurants around, fairly close to Central Park and Riverside Park. Metro Diner around the corner on Broadway is awesome. There's also a Juice Bar just across the street that makes juices and shakes, you should get one.

Room Tip: Try not to bring many bags, stairs are narrow and elevator is tiny

Went there for a whole week while in New York and I had I nice time. It was clean and it wasn't too crowded. I liked that there was a subway stop really close, Dunkin' Donuts and a couple of nice dinners. All in all, I liked pretty much everything about it.
