I have stayed at both Night Hotels. The one in Times square is really bad. I felt like I was sleeping in a crypt. This Night Hotel is a bit better, at least the walls were not painted black like the other one. However, the elevators kept breaking down, delaying everyone from getting out of the hotel. It was horrible. Everyone complained about it.
The staff didn't seem to care.
