Went to see Spamilton... lots of talent, very entertaining. Paid for premium seats but wound up sitting at an upper level, by choice, because premium seating was too crammed.

I loved the musical Spamilton. The parody's target were broader, taking on more of Broadway and Lin Manuel than I expected. Some extremely funny moments.

We love Broadway musicals and we love spoofs which do their homework. This musical is amazing and the voices are great. Homework signed sealed and delivered!! If you love Broadway, laughing, and quaint venues this is the musical for you. Location was a little tricky to find due to the construction on the street but do not give up for this show is worth it!! There is a two drink minimum so don't be surprised. They cast is small but mighty with many wonderful moments woven throughout the musical. A must see and no high priced tickets to keep you from viewing one of the best laughing moments uptown!!

We enjoyed this great little venue for a spoof on Hamilton - big Broadway, in general. Intimate setting with little tables and a friendly staff made the experience very pleasant. The show was very well done, entertaining and funny! It has a small, very talented cast who performed the entire show (about 90 minutes) with a great energy. Even not having seen Hamilton, we truly enjoyed the performance. Great little theatre and great show!

Yes! you read it correctly: Spamilton is NOT to be confused in any way, shape or form by Spamalot - the musical-comedy sensation by the Monty Python troupe seen on Broadway several season's ago, nor Hamilton, the current Broadway smash hit - although, just to be clear, this parody of Hamilton is much closer to American History than the UK send-up that was Spamalot. - rhyming with Camelot - but that's another review...hahaha

Confused? No need to be. I loved the show - part TV's SNL but totally fresh and clever. Like me, I have been unsuccessful up to now to see Hamilton, so this is the next best (and big) thing!

And to be completely clear: this comedic spoof of Hamilton is NOT by Lin-Manuel Miranda, but rather an amusing pastiche by Author and Director, Gerald Alessandrini, who succeeds in re-telling this Historical tale as a send-up and take-off the likes you'll never see anywhere else!

The ensemble cast of characters will bring laughter and tears of joy as the show unfolds. The night i was in the audience,
Christine Pedi and Tyler Milliron were added to this very talented cast.

Forbidden Broadway has the distinction of compiling every Broadway show imaginable into 90 minutes of hilarity and this rendition is no exception!

My last review indicated that the Turkish restaurant, Seven's is directly below The Triad and so I suggest why not make an evening out of it and dine & wine and see the show all under one roof and at one night!

You won't be disappointed!
