Stayed here for one week in march,we had a junior suit , first impression not bad for the money, good location, muffins and coffee in the morning a nice touch.some staff very friendly others not so much as a smile.the problem we had was that we hardly had any sleep, the radiators made the most awful noise all night, sounded like some one was hitting them with a hammer in our room it went on all night getting louder and louder then it would stop for an hour or two then start up again, they would also hiss so bad that it sounded like they were going to explode.the room was so hot ,we couldn't turn the radiators off so we had to leave the windows open 24 hours a day so we then had the outside noise of traffic like police sirens, horns ect .it was nothing more than a complete nightmare,we complained to the front desk to be told that they knew they had a problem as other guest had complained,it completely spoilt the holiday because we were so over tired from lack of sleep we didn't have the energy to do much ,one day we just spent the day in bed trying to get some sleep,
