My sister, neices and I stayed at this hotel for a few days! The hotel was beautiful, clean and had the best location close to broadway, 5th Ave shopping and many good resturants and cafes. The staff were courteous and went out of their way to please us.
Alan is very knowledgable at the concierge and was so helpful with everything for us; he helped us with providing directions, and guidance and to where to visit with limited time, finding us rental car with reasonable price and best of all making reservation for us at one of the best French resturants ever!
We were so impressed and will be defintely back.

The Iroquois hotel is a small boutique hotel that is ideally situated in midtown Manhattan, close to Times Square, Grand Central etc. Rooms are small but very comfortable and clean and traffic noise was not an issue.
The staff is very approachable and helpful and I would like to commend both Alan and Vanessa, the two concierges on duty, for their assistance and help in planning daily excursions and flight departures.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Iroquois. It has a wonderful location and is within walking distance of Times Square, 5th Avenue, Broadway and, a bit of a distance, but still walkable, Central Park. We were in town for a family member's birthday, and they even gave her a little birthday basket. I would definitely stay there again. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. They even have a turn down service at night.

Room Tip: We loved our room. It was small, but totally servicable

Amazing bed, convenient commuter location, excellent service. Great rate on a last minute booking, checked in and received an upgrade through a consortium program (thanks Iroquois!). 12th floor, room to breathe without burning plastic in NYC—rare. Doorbells too, nifty. Not the most luxurious entrance, and neither of us were able to connect to WiFi in the room but we were off duty, it wasn't critical, and the staff's hospitality made up for it. More friendly and welcoming than boutiques at quadruple the price. I've hotel hopped throughout the city, will keep this one in my pocket. Plus ice cold citrus infused water at the entrance: essential for summer in the concrete jungle.

Thank you for your detailed review of our hotel. It is very nice to hear these compliments especially from a seasoned traveler. I am glad you took full advantage of all the amenities we offer. Next time we hope to convince you to stop "hotel hopping" and keep the Iroquois as your New York home away from home. Thanks again. -Caroline Lakin

The location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance from Times Square, the theaters, great restaurants, and the subway. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful. Our only problem was slow elevators, but that just gives you time to get to know others waiting.
Our room was a bit small, but very comfortable with great pillows and comforters I'd highly recommend this hotel

Thank you for recommending us. Word of mouth is the strongest persuasion so we really appreciate when a guest says they will tell other about us. Also, I am happy to report we are in the process of improving our elevator speeds, and this should be completed by the end of the season. In the meantime, I am glad to know you enjoyed your stay and we will look forward to welcoming you back. -Caroline Lakin, Front Desk Manager
