The Iroquois is in a great location for Midtown and is therefore well placed to see the sights.
Booking for a 7 nt stay, we wanted room to relax and therefore chose a suite for our stay - a good decision. The staff were uber friendly and helpful and concierge was excellent.
A comfortable but homely atmosphere was engendered throughout and I would definitely recommend the Iroquois as an excellent choice for midtown NYC.

Room Tip: Our 4th floor suite was spacious and comfortable and the bed was huge and comfortable

Stayed here during Christmas. Even though the city was so busy the hotel, was calm and peaceful, quiet and comfortable. This was a family trip. Children enjoyed the room as well. Staff was very polite, and the location was great. Subways were close. Restaurants and Time Square were a two minute walk. Would come back again without hesitation!

This Charming classic & Comfy boutique hotel offers quality accomodation & service from a an ideal location.
This was the perfect Stay for a New York Christsmas Vacation. My family and I wanted to be in the heart of the city without being in the chaos. This Hotel fit the bill on all levels.
We had personalized & efficient check-in without a wait and into the exact room types anticipated. The classic Christmas decor along with the warm cider in the quite lobby immedialtely put us in the Holiday spirit.
The rooms exceeded our expectations; they were warm, welcoming, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable.
The cleaning staff did an oustanding job preparing the rooms and were stealthily efficient during our stay. Never any noise or interuptions.
A minor issue with the King room thermostat was promptly repaired and the technician was savy enough to check our adjoining room as well.
We wanted to be in the heart of NYC where all the action is, but wanted some peace and quite after a day on the streets of NYC. This was one of the most valuable aspects of our stay. We could step out of the hotel and be immediately into the excitement of midtown, with easy acces to all of the city, but after a full day in Gotham, a warm cup of cider welcomes us back to the quite respite of our hotel. The Hotel Restaurant offered a convenient quality menu and the Bar lounge offer a hip ambience that's simply sophisticated.
The size appropriate Gym was perfect for a quick work out to recharge before heading out ot winding down before turning in.
The uncontrived warmth and genuine feel to this unique Boutique provided an at home feelling in the heart of midtown. We'll be back soon!

I've been coming to the Iroquois for 13 years, and never been disappointed. The location, amenities, and caring staff always welcome me back. Whether for business or pleasure, I have come to depend on the Iroquois as my home away from home.

Room Tip: Rooms in the back, especially the -10 rooms, are my favorite.

This is our third or fourth visit to the Iroquis. We love the location. It is a quiet street but with close proximity to everything. Our room was at the back so it was very quiet, no street noise. We also like the specialty bar, Lantern's Keep for an intimate gathering with friends. The hotel is like a little jewel in the heart of New York.

We loved the Iroquois. It's great location with good NYC price, warm attentive staff. We had a cozy room- not large but not needed. The heat worked great, updated room & bathroom. It will be our first of many visits. (We live 30 miles away but now realize the value of staying overnight in the city)

Returned last night from a fantastic 2 night stay in NYC.
For a last minute getaway and first time visit to NYC the Iroquois Hotel was the perfect choice.
We read many reviews on various properties and are very happy that we decided to stay at the Iroquois.
Each staff member we interacted with at the Iroquois was very professional and very helpful. The property is charming, comfortable, clean and surprisingly quiet. The bed was cozy and we slept very well without disruption from street noise. A welcome haven after a busy day in Manhattan.
Vanessa the Head Concierge was extremely helpful. She went so far as to talk us through directions via mobile so we could locate Gideon, our guide for the NYC Gangster Tour.
We would have missed the tour had she not called to let Gideon know we were en route and then talked us through the directions. Thank-you Vanessa! ps.The tour was great!
The hotel location is convenient, within walking distance to many attractions and Grand Central Station.
I will definitely recommend the Iroquois to friends and family as a wonderful place of accommodation in NYC.

My only side note is this: We were originally checked into room 506 which was clean and compact. However, it was a little heavy on the perfume and the only view from the window was a brick wall. Fortunately we were able to upgrade to a room on a higher floor and it had a view of the Chrysler Building! Thank you Front desk staff!

All in all a memorable stay in NYC at the Iroquois Hotel, we would not hesitate to stay here again.
Thank-you!

Room Tip: If you need a comfortable place to sleep but don't require a view, room 506 is basic and would s...
