Spa was a disaster and hotel restaurant was WAY over priced we were.told.they had a 4 course prefix and then we were.told.it was only 6, which was over.250 per serving. Hotel has no relaxation lounge or bar, the bar is for business people only, cant walk around in a t-shirt anywhere.

Amazing experience right from you enter the hotel to house keeping to check out. Highly recommended if one can afford it and if staying here then one most go to Central Park as it’s bang opposite Central Park.

This was purely a holiday trip with my son. The premises, though being in the centre of transit is nicely managed and quite for the guest. The business centre is nice with a conference capability that can be pre-reserved. The suite is quite spacious and nicely laid out. The shower area could have been a bit from spacious (in comparison to the overall suite room).
One thing we are used to us a buffet breakfast that is purely ala carte at this hotel and needs to be pre-reserved, especially if there are too many guests. Food options need to be a bit better (for someone Vegan like me)

Overall excellent experience. Bedroom suite was well maintained . Staff at reception was always courteous and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent . Restaurant food was good and staff provided prompt service.

from the friendly doorman to the thoughtful housekeeping staff, the moment you arrive you feel treated with respect. the concierge provided answers promptly, while mailing packages on the spot. Always there to offer splendid suggestions. And they stocked my tasty delights before my arrival. top of the line fitness and spa. Lap pool exceptional.I made use of all there services and can honestly relay my return to NYC will continue to find a home here at the Trump IH&T
